 Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days of full payment.  Some items, such as kits, may take longer to organise and dispatch.  If this is the case, we will contact you with an approximate shipping date.  In the event  your order can not be fully fulfilled we will contact you within 3 business days to organise a substitute item, a backorder or a refund.

Australian Shipping

All orders are sent via Australia Post tracked satchels -either standard post or express post.

A flat shipping rate of $15 (Standard) or $18 (Express) applies for orders up to $199.99. Orders over $200 are shipped postage free (Standard). If you wish to order a single item, you have the option of placing a telephone order which may save on postage. Shop phone number is 08 85363674.

Returns and Refunds

Should you have a query regarding returning a product please contact us at info@strathsewingandquilting.com.au or on 08 85363674.

We refund for faulty items only. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind, but we may offer an exchange or a store credit.  Your item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Store credit is then valid for 12 months from the processing date.  Books and patterns cannot be returned, due to Copyright Laws, so if ordering from these categories please choose carefully.

Proof of purchase will be required but we do reserve the right to refuse a return, exchange, or store credit.

Exchange items must be in as new condition and suitable for resale. Any postage costs for change of mind exchanges is at the expense of the customer for both the returning and resending of items.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless the item is faulty. 

We require a trackable service to be used for the return of goods.
